sometimes it is necessary to feel guilt.
the negative sensation is a red flag
for the need to change.

but i suppose the hardest part
is to make the transition.

you cannot dwell in the negativity;
you have to get over the guilt,
so that you can actually proceed
with fixing the situation.

observations can only get you so far,
especially when it concerns your self.
